Accomplished Banking Team Kerlin Capital Group does not have a “B” team — each client gets our best resources, regardless of the size or complexity of the matter. This is especially important in the middle market where transactions are not simply completed, they are created. Relationships matter, and the inception of a deal may depend simply on whether the right counterparties are found or the right structure is designed. Our banking team works discreetly to identify opportunities and is often able to bring together parties where one side was not actively seeking to transact.
