Jason M. Kiredjian


Jason Kiredjian joined Kerlin Capital Group in 2008. Prior to Kerlin, Mr. Kiredjian worked with Parallel Investment Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth company investments, and with the private investment funds of Dorchester Capital Private Equity Management. Mr. Kiredjian began his career in turnaround management, working most recently with the firm Alvarez and Marsal, where he advised distressed public and private companies and served in interim management roles.

Mr. Kiredjian brings a combination of operational and financial advisory experience and direct investing knowledge to provide clients with valuable perspective on, and execution of, their transactional objectives. He has advised on acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, financings and strategic planning assignments covering a broad range of industries. While at Kerlin, Mr. Kiredjian has completed numerous assignments including the sale of Carlton Forge Works to Precision Castparts, the acquisition of LERETA by its former managers, the acquisition of the Mrs. Cubbison's brand by Sugar Foods, as well as multiple debt financings and creditor advisory projects.

Mr. Kiredjian held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation from 2001 to 2015 and is a Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor (CIRA). He holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. degree with honors from the USC Marshall School of Business.
