Drew Webb most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Farmer Bros. Coffee Co. before rejoining Kerlin Capital in 2011. He had been with Kerlin from 1998 to 2008 as a senior advisor and brings unique understanding and perspective to the strategic, financial and operational issues clients face each day. Prior to joining Kerlin, Mr. Webb served as vice president of Basic American Foods, and senior vice president of ConAgra Foods.

Mr. Webb has managed multilayered, high-profile merger and acquisition transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. At ConAgra, Mr. Webb was responsible for driving acquisitions and divestitures throughout the Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific region for a global division with $16 billion in revenues.

Mr. Webb is well known in the food, food service, distribution and manufacturing industries as a skilled leader in evaluating and enhancing merger performance through identifying synergies, designing detailed integration plans and then realizing value through successful implementation. These special skills and Mr. Webb's ability to communicate sophisticated approaches have been valuable to both buy–and sell–side Kerlin clients.

While at Kerlin, Mr. Webb has contributed significantly with clients and assignments involving Case Swayne Company, Heinz, Schreiber Foods, Del Monte, Unified Grocers, Bestfoods, Unilever, Sara Lee, Newlyweds Foods, Farmer Bros. Coffee, and Coffee Bean International.

Mr. Webb holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and completed the General Management Program (PMD) at Harvard Business School. He also studied strategic approaches to M&A, leadership concepts and innovation at Stanford University.
